When I plug the phone in htc sync manager opens an all, but doesn't see the phone which I find weird as why does it open then. I understand that I can just plug it in and put music on it through a folder option, but this is really bugging me now. I have installed, unistalled, usb debugging options, done the msconfig thingy, I have even had the htc guys on the phone remotely using my laptop and they couldn't get it to work either (told me it was probably the lead I got with the phone) tried a diff one and still nout.
Weird I know, but that's not the main problem I have installed htc sync manager and cannot get it to find my phone. phoned htc, 1 and 1 and trawled through threads (still wouldn't work!) then one day this week it just started working like that). First of all I couldn't get my emails set up through it.
But from the moment I got the phone I have been having problems. I've used iphones for 6 years, but just fancied something different. I've decided to jump from iphone to an htc one.
